“Called another big name company to take a look at my old ac unit, it took them a while to come out and they gave me the run around getting parts. Got Kenny's number from a friend, and Kenny was at my house and day with the part the other company said was broke. Verified that more was wrong with my AC unit which was more than 35 years old. Kenny came back the next day and installed a brand new unit for me. Had one minor issue with the plugs, Kenny came out same day I called and replaced free of charge. He really stands behind his work and is very responsive!”

“At that point, I remembered I still had the contact number for Ken out of Youngstown Comfort Systems and called him. I let him know what was going on with the furnace and that it may be a bad motherboard. He came over same day and checked everything out, troubleshooting everything and felt it was a bad gas regulator valve instead of a bad motherboard. And he was exactly right! He installed the new gas regulator and the furnace fired right up. Saved me a bunch of money and headaches and I would highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs hands down.
