What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and the following payment methods online through Stripe.
What brand of equipment do you install?
We install Payne Gas Furnaces and Central Air Conditioning Systems, which are manufactured by Carrier and feature identical components with a minimal difference in cabinet design.
We install Carrier Ultra High Efficiency Performance Series Ductless Mini Split Heat Pumps in various applications. These heat pumps are equipped with an exceptional 28.1 SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating).
We install Scorpion and Remi Halo UV Light systems.
We install all Wi-Fi thermostats (Nest, Ecobee, Pro1, etc).
What are the manufacturer's warranties?
We register all equipment we provide and install for ALL of our customers so you get the full manufacturer’s warranty, which are:
20-Year Heat Exchanger warranty (furnaces)
10-Year compressor warranty (condensers)
10-Year Parts warranty (furnaces and condensers)
What is your labor warranty?
Youngstown Comfort Systems has the absolute best labor warranty in the industry, which is 10 years on all new equipment furnished and installed by us.
Replacement Parts warranty is 90 days.
Are you licensed in Ohio?
We are state-licensed in Ohio and locally licensed in the City of Youngstown, Mahoning County, Trumbull County, the City of Niles, and the City of Salem.
Do you have emergency service?
We do have 24-hour winter emergency service at no additional cost on top of our regular service call rate, $85 plus any parts or materials with NO ADDITIONAL HOURS OF LABOR CHARGED!
What Services do you offer?
Our comprehensive services include residential and commercial gas furnaces, air conditioners, traditional heat pumps, ductless mini splits, sales, service, and installation of new systems. We also offer ventilation systems, custom ductwork fabrication and installation, and water heater installation. If you need something not listed, please contact us and ask if we do it!
